Project — Tech & Digital Skills · with IBM
Free access to IBM SkillsBuild for young Egyptians — technical and workplace skills from beginner to advanced, in Arabic and English, with an IBM-verified certificate at the end of every course.
The project
IBM SkillsBuild is a free learning platform with over 1,000 courses spanning technical and workplace skills — and EYOOT is how young Egyptians get onto it. We bring the platform to universities, ministries and youth initiatives, build a learning plan around what each one actually needs, and stay with the learners until they finish.
IBM's global ambition is 30 million learners. We've been delivering against it for three years, and currently reach around 30,000 learners a year in Egypt.
Courses run from complete beginner to advanced, in Arabic, English and other languages — so the platform meets people where they are rather than where a syllabus assumes they should be.
What you can learn
The technical skills get you considered. The workplace skills get you kept. SkillsBuild covers both, at every level.
Beginner to advanced — start with no background at all.
The part most training leaves out, and most employers notice first.
Not a certificate of attendance from us — a credential issued and verified by IBM, with your name on it, that an employer can check. It costs nothing, and it stays yours.
Delivered with
Universities, ministries and youth organizations who brought SkillsBuild to their own people — each with a learning plan built around their goals.
Nobody learns alone
A free platform only works if people actually finish. This is the part that makes them finish.
A learning path built around your organization's goals, not a generic course list.
Regular impact and progress reporting, so partners can see what's actually landing.
Technical help where people already are, not buried in a ticket system.
Short walkthroughs covering every part of the platform, start to finish.
