Egyptian Youth of Today · Est. 2019

Tomorrow is built
by the youth of today.

EYOOT is Egypt's largest free youth development platform. We exist for one reason: young people don't lack potential — they lack access. So we build the access, and we never charge for it.

What drives us

Mission & vision

One sentence about what we do every day, and one about what we're working towards.

Our mission

To connect every young person with the education that transforms their future.

Transformative, free educational and developmental programs — blending innovative thinking, professional skills and social responsibility to prepare the next generation for a rapidly evolving world. Free at every stage, for everyone, without exception.

Our vision

A world where opportunity for youth is ordinary — not a favour, not a coincidence.

A generation that walks into work already prepared, already experienced, and already in the habit of passing it forward. When that becomes normal rather than remarkable, our job here is done.

How it began

One conviction,
seven years ago.

Every student knows the loop: you can't get the job without experience, and you can't get experience without the job. Most people wait it out, and the waiting is what costs them.

Manal Abdelraouf, Rana Ali and Rawan Ali founded EYOOT in 2019 to break that loop from the other side — going to companies rather than students, and asking for real seats. Since then, many thousands of young people have raised their hands, and many thousands have taken a seat.

What started as internships grew into multiple programs we run ourselves and multiple projects that ministries, UN bodies and global companies entrust to us. The scale changed. The conviction hasn't.

Youth don't need to be told what they could become. They need one real chance to find out.The EYOOT belief

Our values

Three things every EYOOT effort has to do for a young person's future.

They aren't departments and they aren't slogans. Every program we design and every project we accept has to answer to at least one of them — most answer to all three.

See it in practice

Education & Development

Free offline and online workshops and seminars — with partners like IBM — nurturing innovative learning and practical skills long before anyone asks for a CV.

Youth Empowerment & Growth

Summer and winter internships with top-tier companies, opening access to job opportunities and professional realms that were previously behind closed doors.

Sustainability & Giving Back

Social responsibility built into the journey — home renovations, food distribution, green habits. Growth isn't finished until it's passed forward.

Everyone has
it in them.

Find out

Why it all connects

Different fields.
One tomorrow.

Internships and science clubs. Tech skills and economic empowerment. It can look like many things — but it's one idea: everything that shapes a young person's world is youth development.

When we train youth, we build tomorrow directly. When we teach sustainability, we protect the tomorrow they'll live in. When we empower the communities around them, we strengthen the hands that shape tomorrow's youth.

A

Youth, directly

Skills, internships, workshops and real experience placed straight into young hands.

B

Their world

Science, environment and sustainability projects that protect the tomorrow youth will inherit.

C

Their people

Employment and empowerment for the communities that raise, mentor and shape tomorrow's youth.

Our colour system

Every colour is
a category.

EYOOT works across a lot of fields at once, so colour does the sorting. Wherever you land on this site, the dot next to a title tells you which part of the mission you're looking at — before you read a word.

Youth#FD6727 · Orange

Young people themselves — the reason all of it exists. Internships, certificates, workshops, the Youngsters Program: anything where a young person is the direct subject. It's our primary brand colour and the colour of impact.

Empowerment#A635FF · Purple

The people around them. Employment and economic empowerment for the families and communities that raise, mentor and shape a young person — Forsa with the Ministry of Social Solidarity is the clearest example.

Giving back#FFC0C4 · Pink

What growth turns into. The volunteering hours built into every certificate — home renovations, food distribution, community drives — and everything addressed to the wider EYOOT family.

Science & Environment#0B754E · Green

The world they'll inherit. EcoScape under the UN, Climate Schools with GIZ, and the green habits we build into the programs.

Tech & Digital Skills#92BDF3 · Blue

Everything digital — IBM SkillsBuild, AI and cybersecurity credentials, and the new-collar careers that didn't exist when today's students started school.

Skills Training#FFAF00 · Yellow

Preparation before placement. Workshops, seminars, CV clinics and interview prep — and our regional training work with KASTC.

TODAY

Why the name

Not the youth of tomorrow.
The youth of today.

Tomorrow is a way of postponing people. The students applying this season aren't a future workforce or a pipeline — they're capable of the work now, and the only thing standing between them and proving it is a door someone has to open. That's the whole job.
