Program — Internship & Certificate

Your first real
seat at the table.

We work with leading companies to understand exactly what each internship needs, then match students from our database who genuinely fit — screened, interviewed, placed and supported the whole way through.

An EYOOT intern on the job

The programme

Matched by hand,
not by algorithm.

EYOOT's Internship Program connects motivated students with leading companies — and the connecting is the work. We sit with each partner company to understand the departments they're opening, the skills the role actually needs, how long it runs and how they want to choose.

Then we go through our student database against those requirements, shortlist the people who genuinely fit, and support the interviews on both sides. A student ends up somewhere that matches their skills and where they're trying to go — and the company gets someone who can do the job.

It stays free for every student, at every stage.

Interview and matching session

How it works

Seven steps between
a student and a seat

Every stage is done by a person. That is slower than a job board, and it is the reason the placements hold.

01

Company outreach

We approach companies and understand the opportunities and workforce needs they actually have.

02

Requirements

Departments, skills, qualifications, duration and selection criteria — collected properly, up front.

03

Student filtering

We screen our student database against each company's specific requirements.

04

Shortlisting

We identify the students who genuinely fit the opportunities on the table.

05

Interviews

We organize the interviews and support the selection process on both sides.

06

Matching & placement

Students are placed into the department that fits their capabilities and career direction.

07

Ongoing coordination

We stay in contact with students and companies so the internship runs smoothly to the end.

Where interns go

Both sides of the match

What each side
walks away with

The programme only works if it works twice — once for the student, once for the company.

For students

Experience you can point at

  • A real placement on a real team, in a department that matches where you're heading.
  • Preparation before you start — CV, interview technique and workplace skills.
  • A certificate that carries weight because the work behind it was real.
  • Free, at every stage, whatever you study and wherever you study it.
For companies

Talent, already filtered

  • Candidates screened against your requirements before they reach you.
  • You set the departments, skills, duration and selection criteria.
  • Interviews organized and coordinated on your timeline.
  • A direct line into a large pool of motivated young talent.

Why it matters

Closing the gap between
school and work.

The loop is familiar: you can't get the job without experience, and you can't get the experience without the job. The programme exists to break it from the company side — going to employers and asking for real seats, then making sure the right person fills each one.

Students get the experience that makes them employable. Companies get access to qualified, motivated young people they would otherwise never have met.

See who opens their doors
A

Prepared first

Workshops before day one, so nobody arrives cold.

B

Placed properly

Matched to a department that fits the person, not just a vacancy.
