The project

Climate class is in session

Climate change will define the lives of today's students more than any generation before them — yet for most, "global warming" is a headline, not a lesson. With GIZ Egypt, EYOOT takes climate education directly into schools.

Our teams visit classrooms across Egypt with interactive sessions that make global warming concrete: what's actually happening to the planet, why it matters to an Egyptian student specifically, and the everyday habits — energy, water, waste — that fight back.
