Project — Employment & Impact · Ministry of Social Solidarity
EYOOT's mandate under Egypt's national Forsa program: moving Takaful & Karama beneficiaries from cash support into real employment — 214 targeted, 214 placed.
The project
Forsa — "Opportunity" — is the Ministry of Social Solidarity's national economic empowerment program: graduating beneficiaries of the Takaful & Karama cash-transfer system from dependence on support into real, sustainable employment.
Under the "Opportunity for Economic Empowerment" protocol, EYOOT was entrusted with moving beneficiaries into jobs — and delivered: all 214 targeted individuals placed into employment. A 100% record on a mission where every single placement changes a household's trajectory.
The journey
Working from the Takaful & Karama base, EYOOT reached beneficiaries ready and able to work.
Readiness training — the skills, confidence and expectations that make a first placement stick.
Each beneficiary matched to genuine employment with partner employers — placement, not paperwork.
Post-placement follow-up to make sure jobs held — because empowerment is measured in months, not signatures.
214 targeted, 214 placed. Public mandates deserve exactly this standard.
Delivery under national protocol with the Ministry of Social Solidarity — accountability at state level.
Households that move from receiving support to raising the next generation on earned income.
