Program — Community & Networking
A recurring, purpose-led gathering that brings CSR leaders, business owners, community leaders and creators together — starting with a shared Pilates class and ending with real commitments to young people.
The idea
Class of Impact is a purpose-led gathering that puts CSR leaders, business owners, community leaders and creators in the same room — starting with a shared Pilates class, and carrying on into the conversations that actually matter.
The premise is simple: people commit to things they've felt, not things they've been pitched. Doing something together first makes the second half of the room honest.
Every edition is built around one question — what would it take to open one more door for a young person? — and the answers usually turn into internship seats, sponsored programmes and partnerships that outlast the morning.
How a session runs
Short enough to fit a working day, long enough for something to come out of it.
A guided Pilates session that puts everyone on the same footing before a single title gets mentioned.
Structured networking across CSR, business, community work and content — deliberately mixed, not clustered.
An open discussion on youth empowerment that ends with specific offers, not general goodwill.
The series
Class of Impact runs as an ongoing series rather than a one-off, so the same network keeps meeting and keeps widening.
Made possible by
Every edition is carried by sponsors who cover the venue, the class and the hosting — so nobody attending has to pay to be there.
CSR leaders, business owners, community leaders and creators — the people with a door to open.
No pitch deck, no stage, no sponsor speech. Just a shared hour and an honest question.
Every new connection here is a potential seat, scholarship or programme for someone who needs one.
